- If you can provide us with bvx files* we can offer cut timber at a linear metre cost. If we have the timber in stock, it can be cut and packaged and ready for collection within a few days. Alternatively, simple cut timber lengths can be delivered directly to you or your client with your company details on the delivery note.
- Direct-to-site cut sections for your clients are no problem, simply supply us with your drawings either as 2D (there will be a charge to convert to 3D) or as bvx files* and we will cut to order. Supply can be for simple cut sections or supplied as a kit with all associated components.
- Want to visit the factory, or bring a client? No problem just call us to book a slot for your very own guided tour, remember when we are making for you it’s your factory.
- Our factory has the capacity to cut a large volume of frames. A standard house frame can take as little as 2 ½ hours to cut.
- Our flatpack system allows for fewer deliveries than a prefabricated system and allows us to offer a greater volume of frames.
- Our factory site uses solar power and biomass (sourced on-farm) to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and reduce our carbon footprint
- We recycle all our waste (including manufacturer supplied plastic protection film) and seek to minimise ongoing plastic use wherever possible, we do not use plastic packaging to wrap our building shells or components; we use timber bearers and stillages and band with steel all our labels are printed on paper all of which can be recycled.
